Open fermentatie session Korean Kimchi
Do you want to learn how to make kimchi? Or experiment more with fermentation?
Join our open fermentation session, lead by Kyujin Kim! This time, we’ll be making a special winter kimchi called Dongchimi — a light, refreshing, and tangy style that’s different from the usual red kimchi made with chili powder.
Please bring radish or cabbage (or both) that has been salted the day before, in a jar large enough for the vegetables to be fully submerged.
We’ll share detailed information about the salting process before the session.
This evening is perfect for anyone who loves sharing knowledge and wants to meet others who are into fermentation. You are very welcome!
